TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUENZA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
