Accepted documents for lecturer identity verification on Quenza

Why is verification required?

Quenza is built for academic professionals. To protect the platform and ensure a quality experience for all learners, we verify that lecturers are genuinely employed or affiliated with an academic institution. Your identity is reviewed by an AI model and is never seen by any human.

Indonesian Lecturers (Dosen Indonesia)

Submit any one of the following documents:

NIDN / NIDK Card or Certificate

Nomor Induk Dosen Nasional (NIDN) or Nomor Induk Dosen Khusus (NIDK) — the official lecturer registration number issued by the Ministry of Education (Kemdikbud).

Kartu Dosen (Lecturer ID Card)

Official lecturer identification card issued by your university.

SK Pengangkatan / Penugasan Dosen

Official appointment or assignment decree (Surat Keputusan) from your institution.

Surat Tugas Mengajar

Teaching assignment letter from your department or faculty for the current semester.

Sertifikat Dosen (SERDOS)

Lecturer certification certificate issued through the national lecturer certification program.

Ijazah Magister (S2) / Doktor (S3)

Master's or doctoral degree diploma showing your academic qualification.

International Lecturers / Professors

Submit any one of the following documents:

Official faculty or staff identification card issued by your university.

Official letter of appointment as lecturer, instructor, professor, or teaching fellow.

Current employment contract with a university or college showing your teaching role.

Master's / PhD Degree Certificate

Academic degree certificate at master's or doctoral level from an accredited institution.

Course Syllabus with Instructor Name

Official course syllabus listing you as the instructor, from a recognized university.

Screenshot of your official profile on your department's or university's website.

Research Grant Award Letter

Grant or funding award letter issued to you as an academic researcher from a university.

Google Scholar / ORCID Profile (with university affiliation)

Tips for a Successful Verification
  • Your full name on the document must match the name used during registration.
  • The document must clearly indicate your affiliation with an academic institution.
  • Ensure the document is clear, readable, and not cropped.
  • Documents in PDF or image format (JPG, PNG, WEBP) are accepted.
  • Any language is accepted (English, Indonesian, etc.).
  • If your first attempt fails, you can resubmit with a different document.
Documents NOT Accepted
  • Government-issued IDs (KTP, Passport, SIM) without an academic context
  • Social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Professional certifications unrelated to academia (e.g., IT certifications, trade licenses)
  • Documents that do not reference a university, college, or academic institution
Reminder: Quenza uses your document solely for identity verification. The file is never stored, shared, or used for any other purpose. It is permanently deleted from our systems immediately after the AI verification process completes.
